Pawns randomly die?
I've posted about this on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/ra9ms1/has_anyone_encountered_oddly_random_pawn_deaths/

I think its related to Death Rattle, the error itself is "Detected infinite stat recursion when evaluating Consciousness". Basically colonists are dying from random Heddifs like Drinking Tea (In the case of Rarr), being wet, and a Heddif that gives Social Bonus, in some cases they just die because Randy wanted small-talk. Since its a random bug i was not able to log it entirely or replicate it all the time.

Other than Death Rattle Continued, i'm using Rim73, Rocketman and Performance Optimizer (All on the latest version).

having the same issues

Same issue, I've found that this only affects one of my pawns, and It triggers randomly when a hediff is applied.
I've had it from being wet, from drinking coffee, IDK what the cause is, but I'm gonna try without the mod and report back.

Just tested without the mod, granted it wasn't in a new save so my results might be moot, but It defo still happens. Only mod I have in common with you is Rocketman, so perhaps that.

Well thats a good start, its not Death Rattle. I've done some testing and some research and it seems it only affects custom races (but it seems not all of them are affected) that are immortal. At least for me this only happened to Daleks, Vampires and Immortals from the Immortals Mod.
