i didnt want too keep clogging up the comments, so i wanted too make a bit of a long post

at first glance , i think a couple divisions are masters of all trades, with little weakspots. which makes em a bit OP and sorta makes other docs less available

i said some of my complaints, but i wanna talk about how id fix em a bit

for 53rd, id consider toning down the arty and air availability, maybe. or reducing the ammount f churchil crocodiles they get, or cromwells with 120mm of armor, since those seem quite point efficient too. idk if their german equipment, transports, and german beoschwimm is a mistake or intentional-captured equipment- but if its intentional, id consider turning down the ammount of maultier mun from 24 too 8, which is the most u usually see in any doc, and maybe moving the other 16 maultier mun's too the support tab replacing their normal supply trucks
also reducing the number of card slots aswell could help.
could also use a bit less AA

walther seems a bit wel lrounded- lots of inf, and really good tank options, like the new jagd L70 for 100 points seems like a really strong unit considering its basically a panther without a MG or turret.

for them.... idk... maybe less grenadier, pzgren, or reitjager, so you have too rely on limited numbers of FSjager more? maybe removing pioneer so theyd have too take dedicated CQB and long range infantry. artillery and air tabs arent that strong, but AA is also really nice. i think theyd be A, maybe a bit close too S tier. maybe id remove a card of jagdpanther or jagdpanzer L70 or panther G, cause i think it would be hard too justify going a pure tank deck when this deck exists
also reducing the number of card slots aswell could help
25 infantry looks fine too me, the hungarian one

2nd armored honved has a lot of un-self-propelled arty, id maybe tune it down a bit, esp for its solid inf and tank tabs. id consider maybe remvoing the card of pzgren without pzf, and maybe a golyozorosok squad
maybe reducing number of card slots aswell could help- one thing i think i notice is a lot of these new divisions have a lot of card slots, in all the right places, vs vanilla SD divs.

102 ID looks too be in a p good spot, not too strong but not too weak, 3 hetzers make up its lack of tanks, and decent inf options.

Grossdeutchland seems too be maybe a bit overtuned, compared with 116th panzer, they have better tank and infantry card slots. . i like the idea of pzfusiliers but they sorta seem too be just worst pzgrens- less avilability, 1 less man, and inferior MGs. the pzfusilier with pzshreck seems really cool, but 45 points is REALLY Expensive, and low availability too- 3 squads?!. compared too , the LT VM in romanian divisions which has sniper rifle , pzshreck, and is a leader unit, for like, 40-30 points. i think maybe PzFusilier could completely replace pzgren since they vie for the same niche, or maybe pzfusilier could get 1 sniper 1 MG34 instead of 2 mg-34s, or be 25 points but like 7 men, or less strength. maybe the jager sniper can be replaced by a pzfusilier sniper, similar too the romanian 5/4 man sniper team with 2 sniper rifles?

24th panzer is in a nice spot, with worst tank options but the unique and cost-effective ersatz pzgren and ersatz pioneer, so i think they good.

167 seem mostly ok, maybe a lot of IS-1s and IS-2s, but its prob fine- maybe id restrict some of them too come with vet so its slightly less, but mostly alright. and maybe 1 less card of arty for 1-2 AP.

9th mech also seems ok and balanced

overall, i like the new divs a lot! and like, too clarify, im not exactly the most authoritative source on balance- mostly play PVP inhouse with friends, but i watch a couple of tournament games...... so ur prob best getting opinions from a lot of people

General -
Activation costs have been increased across the board, excluding 9th mech and 102nd inf. most of the new divisions should be able to take 2-3 less cards


53rd Inf -
German artillery transports are there as I dont want to have to clone all the british ones
The beo. kubel is because thats the offmap I wanted and i havent figured out the offmaps just yet (im working on it though)
Multier munitions have been reduced to 8
1 card of crocodiles has been removed
Cromwells are now locked to B phase & cost 10pts more
Tank & arty tab price increase
Reduced support tab size

KG Walther -
all regular grenadier removed
! I may remove one card of StuGs
Fw 190 250kg + x4 50kgs replaced with Fw 190 x4 50kgs

102 ID -
Fw 190 250kg x4 50kg added

GrossDeuchland -
Pfusilier now have x1 g43 marksman
1 card each of Panther D and D fuh replaced with Panther A and A fuh
Begleit pios have +1 aval and Begleit Gren now come at vet 2
Slot cost increase across the board
1 card of Stuka zu fuss removed

167th ID -
152mm Howitzers replaced with A19 122 mm howitzers
Tank, air and artillery slot costs increased
Reduced support and air tab size

9mech -
A 19 122mm howitzer removed

2 arm Honved -
Offmap added
Arty slot price increased
> Discord request: Nimrod HK cost 10 pts more and have 1 less aval each phase

I'd say Walther is perfectly balanced atm, I think GD's problem atm is that like every other Heavy German panzer div all the inf is too expensive, the loss of Ersatztruppen really hurts them although im not sure if they utilized reserve inf like that irl.
