Subscribe World Wonders for more wonders.
Subscribe Terra Mirabilis for more natural wonders.
Subscribe Move your population for immigration.
Subscribe Removable Districts for removable districts.

Not recommended, but if you really want to play with following mods:
For Civilizations Expanded:
Disable "GoldenAge-Civilizations and Leaders" and "GoldenAge-Wonders".
For City Lights:
Disable "GoldenAge-Civilizations and Leaders".

When you turn on City Lights, modifiers of the studied technologies stop working, for example, sawmills are not built in the jungle when studying “military engineering”, but still in “mercantilism”, as in vanilla. The same applies to all additional bonuses received by quarries, mines, farms, etc.
