Massive over spawning on Center

I logged on to my server today to find PACKS of 5-6 Draconiasaurus all over the mountain and monster Islands spawns. Multiple packs everywhere! They have all but wiped out the Rexes entirely.
Is there any way I can get the weight that was used to add Draconi to the spawn groups?
As well as it's class ID and tag?
