For some reason, SNPCs shoot on much upper side than the target's location.
This can be caused by several crashing addons or the addon itself.
So you should re-download the addon first. If the situation is still happening, You have to remove some of the "NPC or Player Target point related" addons.
Here are some of the addons that might be crashed with VJBased SNPCs' aiming point.

(I'll keep updating the list after a simple testing when people report the new crashed addon.)

This is not 100% sure, Once you've removed the addons, but it can be still happening because of the addons' legacy files or It also could be happened without these addons.

So Keep checking your subscribe list and find the "Possible crashed addons" like the NPC AI or Player animation related things. It would be the only way to fix the problem.
