how do i replace organs?

The head spawns in with only 20% durability so all the graze effects you implemented aren't actualy doing any thing.

suggestion i have

add sections to the brain. like the frontal lobe, cerebellum and brain stem
destroyed frontal lobe permanent unconsciousness
destroyed cerebellum movement difficulties
destroyed stem suffocation.
also for brain death the heart will keep beating as in humans the heart can maintain a rhythm for a bit without a brain
