Spire is not capturable

Climb the ladder, it's located towards the eastern side. I'll probably add another to it's western side in the future.

Just playtested on the "easy" gamemode. Yeah it's not capturable. This is down to a "hidden" mortar unit which only shows on the "heroic" setting. Now that it's discovered it is being fixed as I type this :]

Had an issue where the snowspeeders inside the hangar were indestructible, causing all the snowtroopers and armor to fire at them endlessly. Fun mission though.

buying mortars either doesnt work at all, or they will appear for about five seconds before running back to spawn and out of the map
