If I use github I'd like to know if I installed it correctly, currently I just have the entire github repo in my addons folder, is this correct?
How would I send you my addon collection?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/editcollection/?appid=4000
Then just make it public and send me the link.

Don't forget to also send the console log of the selected addons so I can compare the results.
here's the log the console creates when starting a multiplayer server (only me on the server) https://pastebin.com/uGbLkggw
About the log, it should look like this one from my server:
Idk about WorkshopDL. Are you using a different script? (e.g. extracted in your addons folders or lost among your subs)
[Edit]
After a quick search I guess we're onto something: https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod-issues/issues/5428
It seems your server is not even mounting the addons. If that's the case abviously UWD won't work.

I'm goint to join now.
[Edit] It's going to take a while...
