Level of Devotion effects for Inquisitors
I just recently got into the mod and the first thing I wanna say is I'm really enjoying it! (at least while I'm not actively fuming about some of the mechanics) Props to the mod team!

I've only really touched the Knights of Acre, mainly because I've played too much Castlevania, and have loved getting absolutely blasted every minute by holy war spamming vampires.

One thing I've noticed that's really strange to me is that a faction that is literally defined by it's faith and piety get's no effect from any level of devotion. Even if this is due to being unable to set benefits on a faith-by-faith basis I feel like there should be some kind of major decision you can take once you get to Paragon of Virtue. Maybe a one time only major decision that gives you special soldiers so you can make a push for a foothold somewhere on the map? I dunno what do you guys think? It just feels weird to me that I'm spending piety faster than I can get the stuff and I get nothing for being a devoted servant except called a heretic every time the pope dies haha.

On a side note, I've maxed out the "Meritocracy" branch for Dynastic Legacies and I feel like the average Prospect I can recruit is kind of "meh". It's nice that they're all athletic and strong but the only congenital traits that ever seem to pop up for me is hale and quick even with the increased chance for better traits and if they roll a Prowess education trait it's almost always Formidable Bannerette. I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to have any decent council members when every person I can recruit is either a martial education with 2 in every other stat or someone with a prowess education. Again I've only played the Knights of Acre so I'm curious what other people think or if I'm just playing super wrong. :ambition:

Overall stats are weaker in PoD than in vanilla. If you look at randomly generated vampires post game start, you will see that your prospects are genius compared to them.
Level of devotion is handled by defines, meaning it's an one and all type of thing. If we change it, even vampires, demons etc will be affected. So we don't.
Inquisitors already have quite a lot of objectives/decisions to pursue, so we don't really feel the need to add more at the moment.
