Report a translation problem
1. In order to command a puppet, you need to have a puppet. Puppet is someone you have dominated or conditioned hook on.
2. In order to command a puppet just find them, right click them and find "Command a puppet" interaction in "Vampire" section.
3. To command them to kill themseves you don't need a secondary target at all, they know who they are. But if you want them to kill someone else, for example, you need to designate a secondary target.
