How to deal with high crown authority as a vassal?
In original CK3 you can easily negotiate ability to always be able to declare war on other vassals but they removed that option in this mod. So wondering how other people get around this. My big issue is that I am part of kingdom with a religion that everything is legal so you can't really get a hook on ruler to declare war. I know other ways around this like declaring war to lower it but don't like idea of waging war every few years on king or queen, especially if you like the person so they can raise it again. Any ideas beyond the usually kill and convert everyone which kind of ruins the immersion.

High CA doesn't disallow you from declaring wars in PoD. It's the war declaration contract itself that does it, which can be negotiated as usual.
As the AI isn't scripted to really cara about stopping you from internal wars, you are likely being stoppted from those by another factor. Maybe you are a Tremere with the Pyramid tenet for example.
