When PDX updates, it's basically certain that saves will get broken. Besides trying to download the mod's version from before (perhaps from PDX plaza) and somehow recovers CK3 1.9.2, there is nothing to do.
In the future, I can only advise you to make CK3 only updates when launching in Steam options and put Steam in offline mode when playing when you see that PDX is updating if you really care about a save.

Ah well i feared as much. It was a multiplayer game i finally convinced my friends to play and things were finally heating up in terms of action. I do appreciate the response though so thank you choom
