You need to right-click on your character's portrait and select "Open Cheat" or something like that. A pop-up will show and click on the button; right-click on the character again to access the cheat menu.

OR

You need to go to your "Decisions" tab and click on "Open Daddy Pika Cheat" or something like that.

I have the same issue. I tried removing all mods and leaving only this one and didn't work either.

I made it work, checking in the "Questions?" thread.
1. Download the mod file in the description of the mod in Steam
2. Go to your mod folder \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod\pdx_13585 (I don't know if the name is different in your case).
3. Move the downloaded zip here.
4. Remove the existing zip.
5. Rename the new zip as the old one.

I'm using the game on GamePass. You can use the online steam workshop downloader, which I think is allowed? Anywho, it's a website. You have to do a bit of manual work, such as editing the descriptor.mod and add a path which can be found on manual installing ck3 mods on youtube.

I have a problem that I don't have access to DP's cheats either way you said even mod is 1st on mod list and activated.

Hello, the mod doesn't work in my game anymore... I tried everything, removing all mods and keeping just this one, unsub/sub, removing the mod and installing it manually, uninstall and reinstall the game... ! I don't know why it doesn't work, but I'm really sad 'cause I liked it a lot... Anyone having a solution ? :)

After the game update, the mod still worked for me. It kinda suddenly broke. But I'll wait for the mod update anyway.

The mod just says descriptor file missing and i've tried all the steps anyone else have any idea?
