I'd like for there to be options to have it
Normal (this is as it is now)
ignore (equivalent to setting gender laws to equal)
~1/100th non-dominant gender
~1/10th non-dominant gender
~1/4th non-dominant gender
~1/3rd non-dominant gender
and inverted versions for all of those.
Every Castle, City and Temple Holding will be removed. Only the county capital will be present at the begin of the game.
- Clearing all holding buildings
Every building will be removed. Maybe with a secondary option to remove Holy / Historical Buildings as well.
- Set Development to zero
-Clearing innovation progress
I think this would provide something like the HIP mod 100 year conquest option in CK2 and allow a bit more action in the start but then turn off after lines have been drawn so to speak, if it can be done of course.

To expand on this.
As far as I know only Tribal or Clan and Warmonger or Pursuit of Power tenets are allowed Conquest CB so it may be a bit harder to add it to all AI and player for the first 50 to 100 years (2 choices or range, in case someone like the dutchy shatter too). I would say some kind of renown cost but not too high and if possible drop the fame level requirement. If this can be done it will really open up the shattered world games.
Randomised character culture... I like to think of the start of a shattered realms campaign as a filter through which only the strong may pass.
Technology:
- Culture technology reset. No technology for anyone.
- Maxed technology. All the technology for everyone.
- Specific technologies given or not given such as Longships for everyone so more raiding.
- Technology progress rate multipliers both positive and negative. At their most extreme they're making maxed technology take less than a decade or there be no technological progress at all.
More partition settings:
- Harsh: empire-tier and kingdom-tier titles destroyed
- Ruthless: empire, kingdom and duchy tier titles destroyed
- Still with release vassals option.
- Supreme partition: all heirs only get 1 county, titles above county are destroyed. Remaining counties go to members of the court and generated characters.
Holding slot filling:
- Make all open holding slots be filled in by a type of holding, whether it be random, tribal, feudal, city or temple.
Peasant uprising settings:
- Frequency: ie just a flat decrease or increase to popular opinion or something like that. "Anarchy" would be something ridiculous like -100000 popular opinion so the peasants just don't stop coming.
- Power: ie a multiplier on how many troops rebellions have or the martial of peasant uprising leaders.
Vassal uprising settings:
- Frequency: a flat decrease or increase to how much vassals hate their lieges.
- Power: vassal uprisings get event troops in the form of peasants, peasants that were told their suffering is because of you.
Holy order and mercenary costs
- What it says on the tin.
Setting for sending people to holy order
- Change the requirements to be able to send children and courtiers to holy orders.
Disease ruthlessness:
- Disease only has reduced and default impact when I've tried to use the game... how about an option for a *harsher* world?
Genetics and fertility:
- Frequency of new positive genetic traits
- Frequency of new negative genetic traits
- Frequency of inheriting positive genetic traits
- Frequency of inheriting negative genetic traits
- Frequency of reinforcing positive genetic traits
- Frequency of reinforcing negative genetic traits
- Increase or decrease to fertility.
Knights:
- Change minimum requirement to be a knight.
Child and pregnant knights/champions?
- "This situation is getting desperate... send the amazonian children to the front lines!"
- "But sir they're infants!"
- "And send their mother too she's got the amazonian trait as well!"
- "Well she has a hook on me so sir yes sir!"
Fervor boost/repress
- Fervor base increase / decrease change. Not the same as from holy wars this is how much it changes every month.
Player and AI opinion
- Make player dislike AI more or AI dislike player more
- Make AI dislike other AI more. Murders ahoy!
- Change amount by which same or similar religion boosts opinion
- Change amount by which same or similar culture boosts opinion
- Change amount by which same family or dynasty boosts opinion
Control and development modifiers + change de jure drift:
- Change rate of change
- Change base amounts
- Speed of de jure drift
Human sacrifice
- Increase or decrease piety gain
- Make piety gain for human sacrifice in all religions
Duelling
- Battlefield duel frequency
- Duel fatality
- Duel requirements ie being able to make it so you can duel anyone for literally no reason.
- Duel acceptance, reward for winning and cost for losing.
AI vs player advantages and disadvantages.
For every rule there is an equivalent for player:
- Casus belli cost
- Holding and building cost
- Mercenary and holy order cost
- Reform religion cost
- MAA maintenance
- Levy size
- Army movement speed
- etc just any advantage or disadvantage you can think of.
Tribal violence (probably only work with Northern Lords)
- Relaxed shieldmaiden conditions. Any women with like 10 prowess is fair game to be maid into a shieldmaiden.
- All can use varangian adventures.
and maybe all empty holding except the county's main holding..
