Bug Hunting Thread
Please give me as detailed a description of your issue and how you encounter it as you can, as well as if you had any other mods enabled at the time. I'm trying to hunt down the issues people have been having and I can only do that if with your help.

i got this bug with han cultured courtier,
1. i used this mod to create custom ruler SarcFa's Custom Ruler Designer . with setting of faith: pagan, culture: han. my initial were astur/norse. and my realm is in viking area.
2. used the convert faith and culture on the realms.
2. tried to spawn some OP female council people (han).
3. they spawned under court tab but it they doesnt have this recruit button and they wont listed on the council tab, when i tried to appoint them.


and also what i've notice,
when theres an event that meant to recruit or not some courtier (han), the new courtier can be appointed as a council member normaly.

and i use this han specific mod too that changes the outfit of han cultured people

So your issue is that spawned characters were not in your court and could not be recruited?
