But maybe Elis as Carlos Oliveira? I don't know if you've played Re3 but body structure and character of both are very similar. But as Murphy Seeke, he looks good too.

Nick is a difficult character for me. Character would rather suit Nicholai Ginovaef. But I don't like to repeat clothes and Murphy can be too.

I've played RE3, and I've got a general idea of Carlos' character, and I've looked at their height. It's true that the difference is not big according to the parameters. The main problem is that Ellis is the shortest among the male survivors in the L4D2 team. It's just my personal opinion. It's all up to you to decide.

I don't know if you've ever considered it, but maybe a replacement for Coach could be either Robert Kendo or Martin Branagh. I've also considered maybe a replacement for Ellis with Brad Vickers.

Here's another idea, Bill as J. Martinez "Ghost" from RE2 ghost survivors dlc.

Kinda matches Bill's whole "Left Behind / Sacrifice" schtick. Ghost's outfit has a few battle damage looks compared to the Hunk model. Maybe worth looking into.

Very excited when that happens! I think a good replacement might be one that makes here look like Claire Redfield, and as for Coach, you could do the same thing with Ellis, where you make two modifications to make them look like Robert Kendo or Martin Branagh.
