Patch notes for Undying

GENERAL:

-Updated version to rc3
-Improved framerate on stage 1
-Removed some problematic particle systems that would randomly change orientation to the players camera

STAGE 1:

-Removed some clutter props that hindered player movement
-Adjusted Ghost pathing to be a little more fair for both teams
