Regularly my plants pawn will not harvest plants or sow, or do any other job except sleep, stand and clean themselves. on the error log it says 10 jobs started in 10 ticks

removing the mod and readding it confirms to me that the problem is with it as i dont have this issue without it, which sucks as my colony is so big i need it lol

I ran into the same issue and it seemed isolated to hydroponics. If you can plant in the ground it should work.

I definitely recommend our discord for troubleshooting. Way more people are there dedicated to help out with this kind of thing.

i solved it, you just need to make sure your mods are loaded in the right order, and make sure RT is at the bottom. I also swapped a few mods for different ones that do the same thing but are better updated and more compatible. Check the discord as the guys on there will help you.
