If you find any bugs in this level, or things that simply didn't seem to work very well, feel free to list them here, thanks!

Note that I will not be updating the level until a winner has been decided for the fantastic machines competition.

All the lights are green but its not working, is there a specific way you have to activate it?

There's a generic red button on the time machine's dashboard that you need to press.

So all the lights are green, on both the time machine and the power supply unit? 16 total?
The machine should hum when its ready to be activated-a different hum than the electrical buzz from the power supply.
Also once you activate it there's a few second delay - the tank glows, a noise plays, and the dial on the dashboard moves...once it does that, then you warp. So if you were spamming the button you could've possibly turned it on and turned it back off again.

No just on the power supply and only on one side of that

Then you probably have the wrong power supply sockets wired to the wrong time machine panel sockets. There's some hints on the machine that should help you get it wired correctly, though.
