We rewrote the AI logic in the recent updates. Now, AI no longer extremely relay on powerful buffs and cheating. We removed these buffs since the AI strategy is improved. You may see powerful AI even in the Normal Difficulty.

In the old version, the manpower consumption of most troops was 1k. However, this is changed in the new version. Now, the artillery and cavalry consume less manpower.

6. War Exhaustion is more Difficult to Decrease

You are no longer able to remove War Exhaustion by DIP points directly as vanilla. Decreasing War Exhaustion become a trouble in this version. You need to use decisions and events to solve the War Exhaustion.

This makes the Development mechanism more realistic and reliable. There is no more crazy situation that a country has high Development with high countrywide Devastation. Beware of the Devastation! But sometime over-developed also is a problem, maybe you can use this mechanism to “regulate” your province?

火力和冲击阶段都将只维持一天,这将会使骑兵更加强大并且减少战斗的不确定性,运气更难以帮助你赢下战争。此外撤退也只需要7天,打不过就快跑吧!
Both Fire phase and Shock phase become 1 day in the Land Warfare. This make the cavalry stronger and reduce the uncertainty of battle. You no longer able to win a war just depend on your luck. Also, it only takes 7 days CD to retreat. If you find you can’t win the battle, retreat is a wise choice.
