Big Boat Base Not Working

I'm trying to make a relatively big boat near a salt biome to work as a sort of ocean base, but random parts of the boat are red, and it keeps telling me i can't set it up.

Oops! I just saw your report.

The control system went crazy when the shape had a perfect right angle (thanks to geometric placement). It is now corrected, thanks for your report.
