Map is too CT-sided
This map has a lot of potential and is aestetically pleasing, however it's very CT sided and it seems to be purposely so.
Terrorists feel constricted and apart from smoking middle to boost to the construction site, there is no other viable strategy, lest they be surrounded quickly. By moving the ladder that leads into the house to the other side of the scaffolding, the timing now allows positions to be set up on the third floor of the machine shop, creating a better spread. This also prevents a CT with good spawning position to run up middle and have a clear shot at the ladder while the T's are still climbing it (current distances allow that!).
The house itself needs some proper cover with positions that can be defended and backed out of to relative safety. Functioning doors will do wonders for interesting gunfights.
I see no reason for the little market area to be inaccessible. Openning it up will also provide a hiding spot for the T's when they're waiting for the hostage extractor (currently that alley is impossible to guard and the distance from it to the rescue zone is negligible - once a CT takes this route it's nigh impossible to stop him).

With these three minimal changes - moving the ladder, openning the market and adding functional cover to the house - this map can be even better than it is with interesting combinations and strategy optins for both teams. Keep up the good work!
