Incorrect aabb size
The aabb sizes of at least some of these props are incorrect. Using tools that snap to points based on the aabb size they put the props inside each other by a few hu. It seems like the aabb sizes are too small.

Did some really quick checking with just the stair one and the 4 door room and it seems like both aabb sizes are too small by 2 hu on the x and y axes.
Edit: Seems like this is true for all the room props.
Edit: Sewers have too small sizes by 1 hu.
