Example of players outside of map[s30.postimg.org] from the dumpster. They jump from spot 1 to 2 and land on the roof at 3, This is only on your night version of the map as players can jump up to the electrical boxes. These[s27.postimg.org] This also allows them to jump down into the fenced off walkways along the sides.
We also found you can get outside the map via jumping from a barrel[1] to the table umbrella [2] then onto the swing set [3] and from there to the tree [4] and finally to the wall [5] and off into the untextured bit of the map. example with numbers[s23.postimg.org] The tree trick works on both day and night.
Our steam group, Nocturnal Inebriates enjoys new maps and were always happy to see them but we also like to look for any possible issues with a map. Hope this helps! Other then that the players on the server really like the maps.
Hey Emikol! No, I didn't want hunters to be able to pick up anything apart from the spawnable water bottles from the machines. If you allow a player to pick up things and throw them, it doesn't help players hide. As you could just walk up to everything and pick it up, but the ones you don't pick up, you would tell if it is a hiding prop. I found this frustrating in a few maps which you could pick up everything. It also makes it slightly buggy for props to turn into something as props have to press the use key (E) to change into something, once you press (E) as a prop you also pick up the object and becomes annoying (I think personally). But maybe in a future map i will do this on a few objects :)
Ahh, d'oh! My bad there with the bugs, will get onto this as soon as. Many thanks Emikol, a rookie mistake there from me, I should know better haha! Many thanks for this :)
