Maybe it does damage equal to a fully charged sniper but only fires 33% of the time and theres a pause after each shot so you cant rapid fire
pros:20% more damage,20% fire speed,20% crit chance
cons:20% slower weapon switch 80% chance to not fire a bullet

Pros:
50% Additional damage
20% firing speed
Builds up rage buy a certain amount damage done...
Alt-fire: When Rage meter is full, activate crits for 10 sec

Cons:
-40% less from any pickup
-25 health on wearer
-2 clip size

Just 'cause the author already has stats in mind, it doesn't mean anything, like always. If any, that's their own way of starting a stat thread. If people want to flex their creative muscles, let them.

a good thing could be +25% damage -33% clip size (4 shells) -10% fire speed

it has to have six shells cause its a revolver clip, it also needs to have a stat living up to its name, such as shown in the weapon spec idea no.1
