Well here is my go at stats, Creates a more defensive engineer.
Pros:
Hunker down: A charge ability. When fully charged all buildings gain a ~40?% Dmg Reduction and Sentries gain~15% Dmg Bonus. Charge Builds on SENTRY damage (Pretty Much similar to the Backup)
15% More Building Health
Cons:
10% Slower Building Speed
15% Slower Firing Speed
~25%-50% More Metal Cost on Buildings/Upgrades (Not repairs)
Crafting:
x2 Battalion's Backup + Homewrecker + Reclaimed
