Not sure I understand what you mean download it? To download the mod you simply click the "Subscribe" button and after that is subscribed if your using the mod in singleplayer you have to make sure you load the mod in the options menu. If you are trying to load the mod into multiplayer you need to enter the MOD-ID listed in the server INI options.

On skull Island I cannot place it down but on maps like Extinction I can.
