Is there some way to transform someone into a werewolf without cheats?

i have read the description and i did not find any thing.
i tried to force pawns to bite themselfs but it did not worked. :?

its based on WOD werwolves which arent a infection but a race of hippy eco warriors (think captian planet with more violence and eatting people). as a seperate species they can only make new werwolves via mating with a human or wolf not by biting people so i think your SOL.
