I really like your mod, but some of the refugees are infected even if you turn off IS in the world settings. + The brain scanner does not show you the chance of an infection if the world settings are set to 0. It makes sense in vanilla because it's not needed but is kind of pointless with the mod if there are still infected roaming the area.

Any way to change it in the editor or mod settings? I like to play without any IS infections but want to keep the mod. Maybe a way to prevent those infected refugees from spawning?
