Bug Report/Mod Conflict: Messed up world faction generation
As of a recent update, for me Vampires stops most factions from spawning on world generation, and the ones that do spawn only have one base.

Other people over on Faction Control reported a similar issue with "Android Tiers" and/or "Vanilla Factions Expanded: Medieval" that was fixed by setting the mod's respective factions to non-spawning. Unfortunately, same thing doesn't seem to work here, unless there's another vampire faction besides ancient ones/ camarilla/ anarchs/ sabbat. Removing Faction Control all-together doesn't fix the issue, but removing Vampires does.

Going vanilla+Vampires/pre-reqs also fixes the issue, so it's likely a conflict with one my faction mods. Unfortunately, as I have ~50 of the darn things, that's not really helpful.

The problem can be bypassed by disabling the Vampires mod, starting a new game, and then re-enabling Vampires after world generation and saving. You can't start with Strange Cargo that way, alas, but it's something.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? And if so, any idea which mod isn't playing nice with Vampires that causes it?
