add a spaggeti death where human stretches out when he is near a black hole

So when he dies he becomes stretchy? And when its near black holes it will get stretched towards the black hole? Is that what you mean?

add a ghost death where when a human dies it duplicates but the duplicate cant collide with things and its weightless and semi transparent and the duplicate is alive

how about shrink death were if a human dies it slowly shrinks until it gets deleted

the description could be "he just kept on shrinking until he disappeared" -Concerned Human

Could you try a death that disables collisions on the dead body? It's less of an entertaining death effect and more of a practical one that would be really useful for some people (like me) :). It'll prevent dead bodies from blocking other NPCs or knocking them over.
