Here, try this:

Launch Skyrim. You'll be at the Launcher (Menu). Click on Data Files. Locate the Mod you want to delete, in this case, Surreal Lighting. Click on it. Ignore the checkbox, just make sure you have Surreal Lighting selected (Highlighted in the list). Click the Delete Selected button. You will get a pop up confirming you want to delete the Mod. The window will be like the following:

Delete Mod?

"Are you sure you want to delete "Surreal Lighting" and associated files, if any?"

[ Yes ] [ No ] [ Cancel ]

Click Yes.

Now it will pop up another window like this:

Unsubscribe?
Would you like to unsubscribe from "Surreal Lighting" on Steam?

[ Yes ] [ No ]

Click Yes.

Now you're done. This will completely remove the mod from your computer and unsubscribe you.
