Collect Your Soul Step Bug
On the step where you interact with the crystal in the Double Tap room and the map turns a red color, the prompt for collecting your soul has the chance of not popping up, making it impossible to complete the step.

almost a year later , still encounter this bug too

The only way to counter this bug is to shot the ground with the chaos theory and take a little damage then spam F or E to pick ur soul up
