The hero looks very good, balanced, and moderately strong. Has several "builds" for the game, trinkets from the Yard pleased, as well as several ordinary ones, but.. the trinket from the crystal farm is not balanced at all, it is very bad. Very strong disadvantages and no plus.
Please view the crystal bullets if you don't mind.
Oh, and I was wondering if there would be a trinket from the sun Islands?

I'll definitely look into adjusting the COM trinket. Originally what it was meant to do was turn the Blood Bullets into a stress heal ability, but maybe that needs to be buffed to be higher numbers.

As for the Sunward trinkets, still deciding of what I'd even do for that.

Played a lot with him and reached level 4. Unpopular opinion; his kit feels boring. His kit is fine(balance wise, except for one skill) but doesn't have an extra something to make you tell the difference between him and any other damage dealer class (Like Arsonist's Fire, HWM's Riposte, Hellion's Double Stun). Also the skill "Viceral Attack" feels like "Lunge" just pointing this out because PD Blinding Gas + Lunge + Viceral Attack foward 1 enabling Lunge again next turn is way too strong (What I meant is that Viceral Attack 3rd position is kinda OP when you build your party around shuffle and stun).

Btw love the art so much.

Glad to hear that you enjoy the art, sorry that you feel the kit is boring though. I felt for my first class mod I didn't want to go too over the top considering I was new to the balancing and scripting side of things.

As for the Visceral, I'm not entirely sure what to say about the OP part of it. From what I've experienced, forward shuffling parties are strong damage wise in general, but if you have any idea of how to balance it out more I'm down for suggestions!

I see. My mistake then. I just got surprised because I cleared level 3 medium ruins with everyone 0 stress without even needing to use campfire (A lot of crits, maybe just my luck). Anyways, I edited myself so that his main damage skill is usable in rank 3 + foward 1 and I made Viceral only usable in the first 2 ranks without move. (Feels better that way since Viceral can reach rank 3 where most of the annoying anemies are).

I'll pass it onto my balancing group but these are some really large changes and most likely won't be used. They definitely change up the compositions he works well in.

I been playing with this class for a while now, and I can´t help but feel that for a class that has a lot of trinkets and abilities revolving around ranged attacks he isn´t able to hit rank 3 or 4. My problem with this is that it feels limited to only attacking the first two ranks, wich in my opinion is a little ridiculous considering the guy has spear with gun attached to it, I forget every time I bring this guy with me that he can´t attack the third possition with either of his ranged abilities (excluding the shrapnel bomb).

One of his most versatile attacks is his Flak Shot which combos with his forward shuffling abilities in slots 3, 2, and 1. Range doesn't mean he needs to be in slots 3 or 4. Ranged is just an attack type, it has nothing to do with rank. I and other people who've tested the mod for me and worked on it can confirm that being in rank 1 or 2 does not stop the trinkets from working.

What I meant about flak shot was that is one of his main damaging abilities together with it´s spear, I only wished you were able to hit the enemy that is in the third position, think kinda like the cataphract spear thrust or the highwaymen pistol shot.

Sorry but Powderkeg is fully meant to manage the front two spots. He's meant to fill a similar slot to Crusader but has more mobility to ensure he can stay in the front row.

This is going to sound like a weird complaint because I normally think speed is the most valuable stat in the game but he's too damn fast lol. I have a really hard time following up stuns with his visceral because he just goes before the stunner every turn.

Other than that I'm really enjoying this class. Especially the aesthetic as I'm a huge Bloodborne fan. Great work!

That's a fair point. I had balanced it to go with other Hunter Classes in the work and with base game classes I found the builds I tested with used trinkets that slowed him.

Because the other classes are taking longer than I hoped to develop, I may look at a rebalance of his speed in the future.

Gonna agree with the previous poster. The inability to hit rank 3 with Spear Thrust puts this kit near the bottom of quality modded classes as far as usability and variety of comps he fits into. I love the art and animations and general design of everything else but who needs speed vs ranks 1+2, those monsters are usually slow as sin and you can beat them turn wise with much slower classes than this. I don't think taking out a rank 3 acolyte or bone courtier without unreliable set up for visceral attack is asking much or making the class unbalanced. It's an absolute necessity IMO, but, that's just my opinion. If your vision is different that's cool. Great work otherwise, very cool

I'm super late here, but I'll give my opinion on the matter anyway. I think he feels a bit OP to me. Most of his kit is pretty mediocre, but his riposte effectively makes him immortal Use. If the heal needs to be included, I think the move should have a 1 use limit. As it stands now, he can only die from stress or some kind of clean sweep.
