Suggestions
Hey! Firstly, the mod is awesome. I took the liberty to make this list since there are so many options.

*When the characters are young, "The young" seems to be the only nickname available.

We should probably include all the names already in the mod, too.

The Reaper (Executing x amount of commoners)
Death's Hand (Successful x amount of undetected assassinations)
Justicar (Executing x amount + Just)
Blind Justice (Just + blind)

Odin's Eye (One-Eyed, Mystic, Scholar)
Hel's Chosen (Hold x amount of Blots + Witch)
Hound of Hel (Perform Blot + Cannibal Trait)
Rune Lord (Raise x amount of standing stones + scholar)

World Walker (Perform x amount of long pilgrimages)
The Hoarder (Have x amount of artifacts)
The Slum Lord (minimum court lavishness)
Away from Kingdom ( No interactions for x amount of time)
The Absent (Spend x amount of time without holding court)

Ok so, small idea, and no idea if possible- but:
The Pomeranian ( owns kingdom of Pomerania but is not of Pomeranian culture? )

Skyfather/Skymother ___ (Progenitor of x amount of dynasties: Mirroring the likes of Zeus, Horus, Odin, etc)

___, the King/Queen of Vampires (Leader/Founder of a Cannibal Dynasty)

___, King/Queen of Beggars (Leader/Founder of a Dynasty who's against the liege)

___, Killer of Kings (Commit x amount of successful murder plots on Kings/Queens)

___, Crowfather (?)

Sea Father/Mother ___ (Perhaps as an alternate to Skyfather/Skymother? Also, be the ruler of a Sea Kingdom for x amount of time; Poseidon, Njord,

___, Master Murder (Commit x*2 amount of successful murder plots; Doesn't have to be Kings/Queens)

___, the Grim Reaper (Leader of a Dynasty of Assassins who've carried out successful murder plots)
