Ill go first, what is the difference between this mod's sentry to the vanilla one?

The mod's sentry is more resistant and does not need a range finder to be crafted

How do I make lithium carbonate? And are lithium batteries non-craftable?

Refined steel seem to no be used to do anything, not even steel bars, sheets, or wires. The same happens with the rest of materials, like copper and lithium.

No, I dont have any blueprints, I dont know were they are, my char is maxed out, I play single player on russia

You have to craft these blueprints using a note and a pencil

The recipe of Li battery and motor doesn't appear even I have the material.And I can't find the recipe of gears and singularity blueprint.
