Not anything major, but when you have no weapons, it will create errors.

[Hazardous EnVironment Dispenser] lua/entities/dispenser/init.lua:321: attempt to call method 'GetPrimaryAmmoType' (a nil value)

Is it possible to have no weapons in gmod ?
Without addons i mean.

It doesnt replenish my armor most of the time. When it's freshly charged it does, but after that, it rarely replenishes armor.

yeah its a option when you go to start a map should be near "start with hev suit"
