Bugs
There are a lot of bugs i have found, here are them all:
Germany and USA's focus trees are broken

Germany and USA have no generals

Franco as field marshal has no portrait

A lot of countries dont have any party support (France, Germany, USSR, USA)

For hungary, the facist monarchy isn't run by Horthy, even though its the "Regency Council of Miklos Horthy"

In 1939 Start Date, Romania and Yugoslavia immediatly flip to Fascism (ROM) and Ultranationalism (YUG)

Is there a problem with the Soviet-German War and Pearl Harbour as well?

The changes of Romanian and Yugoslavian ideology are unlikely to be bugs and are probably added by the original modder of the Hearts of Ideologies.We will not change it

I love the mod, but I get crashes occasionally looking at any non-generic focus tree. Is it something on my end, or is this pretty common? I noticed particularly the monarchist path for france and germany. Something to do with non-aligned maybe?

It doesn't have percent of ideology in 1936 of whole country in the world. The percent of all ideology is 0 %

They are bugs and we will fix them

this mod just breaks America and the American focus tree (the game will not allow you to do alot of focuses because of the new ideologies and hovering over many focuses, such as democratic socialism, will straightup crash the game)
