Q: I'm getting the "Workshop item version different than server's" error, how do I fix it?
A: Unfortunately this problem is caused by the way Project Zomboid or rather Steam checks if a mod has updated, it doesn't recognize that I've released an update and it doesn't update the mod. Q: Do I need to start a new game for the mod to work?
A: There's no reason you would need to start a new game on an unmodded save file for this mod to work, even though it is recommended as this mod adds several items that, unless you have respawning loot activated won't show up in areas that you've already looted. These items include: Silencers, New Shotgun Variants, MP5 and some attachments. For a modded savefile I can't promise all those mods will work well together. Also, it should go without saying that this mod plays under the same rule as every IWBUMS release, I Will Back Up My Saves.
I don't want to be responisible for you losing a save you spent hours on.

Q: Will this work with other mods that add or change weapons.
A: Depends on what the mod adds. I can't recommend using this mod together with any mod that changes the vanilla guns as well as their attachments.

Q: Is this mod working on 41.xx?
A: I try to keep the description updated and I put the version I've personally tested it on as working. If it's showing version lower than the newest I can't promise a stable experience.

Q: Necroforge support?
A: I don't use Necroforge, even though it seems like a really great dev tool I recommend using the built in debug tools("-debug" in the properties>launch parameters) if you want to spawn an item from my mod since I won't implement Necroforge support and I don't think the creator of Necroforge will either.

As your weapon are of much higher resolution and quality than the vanilla weapons. Will you retexture vanilla weapons, including melee? Maybe add a seperate mod that retextures weapons only?

The wood textures on your weapons actually look like wood and not like plastic...

bayonet?
I found a bayonet and managed to mount it to a weapon, but can't figure out how to use it.

How do I activate the "Firearms B41 Silencer Easy Mode" you mentioned in the description? Ive looked in the mod files can cant find anything.

How to choose which weapons to spawn?
I heard that there is a way to choose specifically which guns will be spawned into the world, would anyone kindly give me an idea of how exactly to do this?

Mare's Leg?
I haven't gotten my hands on any of the lever action rifles yet and was wondering if you could saw off the Winchester 1894 or Winchester 1873 in this mod to make it the Mare's leg. Is that a thing in this mod?

i've just been wondering around the internet and seem to not find anything; is there way to read a detailed info of the weapon attachments I get like the ACOG scopes, the silencers, the gun stocks, etc. (?)

Is there no way to see the sandbox settings when hosting a multiplayer server? I want to change the suppressor settings like you can for a single player world.

I was thinking the same, been getting a lot of attachs for my 590 tactical and cant tell, for example, the diff between light stock, tactical stock and shotgun stock. It would be very nice having a docs for it.
