1. First, you need to turn power on.

2. Once the power is turned on, four vhs tapes will spawn around the map. Each tape will show a ekg pattern of four previous patients. The green number at the top of each video is what to watch out for. They will eventually beep and display a single digit, giving you the room number assigned to that tape. It will display a single digit number, three times. Example:The tape will beep for 2,5 and 6; the room number you have to look for in 256. It will always be in order of the numbers it gives you first to last.

VHS 1: Located on the green chair next to the door across from the zombie barrier in spawn upstairs, goes to the tv, upstairs in the cafeteria on a wooden table (265). This generator will be located in the power room behind the counter, right next to the bookshelf and inside the zombie barrier.

VHS 2: Located on a gurney table next to the hole in the wall in the speed cola room, goes to the tv in the mule kick room, next to the box location (237). It will display 2,3, and 7. So you have to find room 237 in the speed cola room. It is the zombie barrier next to the gurney the vhs tape was on. Shoot that generator.

VHS 3: In the power room, on the wooden counter, the vhs tape goes into the tv near the staircase in the AK74u room, second floor (200). This will display 2,0,0. It will be in room 200. Room 200 is outside the hospital, (behind the teleporter) and will be inside the broken building, on rubble, across from the broken hole of the building.

VHS 4: Located in the cafeteria, on a metal lunch table in front of the counter, the tape goes to the tv on the ceiling in the lab, in front of the catwalk, above a white lab desk. (305). This will display 3,0,5. Room 305 is located upstairs inside the zombie barrier with the sandbags in front of it.

3. Once you placed each tape in the television you are able to shoot each generator around the map located in each room number that the vhs tapes displayed. Each tape gives you a location for each generator to shoot.

You will need to acquire the Wunderwaffe (non-upgraded) to shoot the generators with. Once the generators charge up and dissapear, you will know that it worked. To get the Wunderwaffe you have to complete three soul collections around the map. One being behind the gurney table on the ground on the second floor of spawn, the second being across from the candle table in the M4A1 wallbuy room, and the third being in the rubble in the middle hallway of the CM901 room. Once you finish all of these, each Wunderwaffe for each player will display on the blue lit table in the spawn room, upstairs.

4. After you shoot each generator, the machine on the right-hand side of the teleporter in the power room will display an option to power the teleporter. The teleporter will fail and you will need a switch.

5. Pick up the switch in the upstairs room dead end hallway; the room of the ak74u wallbuy. Bring it to the power room once again and now place the switch in the machine on the left side of the teleporter. Once you place it, you will be able to lockdown the power room. You will have to fight off the hellhounds for approx 2 minutes.

6. When the lockdown is complete, go to the pack and punch room, in the hole in the ground, and pick up the meteor.

7. Once you picked it up, everyone must run inside the teleporter and it will teleport you to the boss fight.

8. Once in the boss fight, activate the trigger to spawn Brutus.
