Aside from the brightness slider suggestion, I think it is better if you create a button to switch brightness and modes, like how you change color in your headlamp mod.
The brightness & mode could be:
- Low brightness, short range mode, wider light spread.
- High brigtness, long range mode, tighter light spread, dense, but not denser than a laser.
- Medium, anything in between.
