Vote reset timer will be a customized config, with default value 30 seconds (as it is right now) - Done in v1.1

'Server Sided' messages will be customized in the config, such as:

- Vote starting message
- Player revived
- Player who revives other teammates
- Trader skipped

etc...

(Possibly, but not sure)

- Ability to change all config from in-game

Such as:

- All mutate commands
- Default values like rev cost

I'm not quite sure if i'll do this, tho.

'Server Sided' message to inform all players on trader wave start, that they can vote skip trader once they are ready.

As I've noticed now, there is no info on how, or when to vote skip trader. This will help new players to actually use the frickin' button ;D
