Report a translation problem
The blueprint cost is a tad bit much, blueprints themselves are hard to find, and I get that you don't want everyone to have everything upgraded at once, but still it's way too expensive and taxing on blueprints
My idea is: don't lower the costs, but try and add a way to obtain blueprints other than bosses, or at least award one with every boss defeated
I will add more blueprint for the aprendice bosses for now.

It's a interesting challenge, are you asking to remove dependency of the 2 upgrades?
My ideas would have been to have one of those lines either increase the chance of a prisoner room, or increase scouting marginally - like 1% bonus per unlocked rank
Another idea i just had was that the two upgrades you put into survivalist with the town events that give geroes could fit in the stage coach as well.

What I can do with the upgrades are limited. All of sucefull test made it to the mod and I can say there nothing I can do with upgrades to do those sugestion sadlly.
I belive there is a mod for this kind of challenge, where change dungeons secret room to a prison cell. I belive it's gonna help you.
When I play, I limit the heroes for one of a kind and add new classes. is also a possible idea for a challange to spice it up.
Yeah cho's boss is really good I also used it, but I don't remenber having any problem though. Did you try puting cho's boss mod at higher priority? I remenber that I put the blueprint reward in the quest reward and he put in the boss loot if anything you should be having 2 blueprint rewards. either way the only file that deal with that from my mod is "quest.plot_quests" you can take it out without any problem for the rest of the mod
