I feel like even the largest giants are feeble to most weapons, in specific, the crossbow. But the crossbow should barley do anything, it's nothing at their size. Perhaps balancing the endurance on the giants for specific weapons, please? Because I feel like it's rediculous how even the smallest weapons can take down a giant in a few hits.
