Well, people like using the commands to start the server. However if you go into the Steam files for Medieval Warfare (On your PC) then there is this Launcher in it. Launch that and then on the launch menu, on the very bottom right is a white thin button asking if you want to download subscribed workshop items. Click it, wait for them to install, then play Chivalry. Create your server w/ bots and on the mods menu on the right should be the Giant Slayer option. Enjoy!
