One button for each main area of the map, first button i found on accident was right outside the left teleporter room with the reels, as you are leaving that room it is a small button on the right side of the door frame next to some barrels. the second one was in the tompson room and the button is to the left of the reznov radio on the wall, small grey button before the barricade. The third one i found was upstairs in the right most teleporter room on the wall as you go towards the box location. The last one was by the quick revive machine and its on the wall to the right of the machine.

This may have triggered a Samantha's hide and seek egg. We need to find several Samantha dolls in the map. What's the latest progress of this egg?

After the 4 buttons there is a Samantha doll< I believe it was in the same room as the film projector, near the door. Press F on it and it starts the Samantha EE. Reward was only a max ammo though.

I didn't find her in this position

You clicked on the 4 buttons before hand? After that you should hear an audio cue and the samantha doll should spawn there. I did only try it 2 times, so maybe it can spawn in a different place?
