Easter Egg Step Clarification (Teleporter A)
The order to shooting the electrical panels isn't random. you shoot them in the order of the number of pipes entering the top of the panel (1, 2, 3.)

So the correct combination is back one on the right side, then the left one by the mp40 room, then the front one on the right side.

Hope this helps with guides and streamlining the EE as much as possible.
