Suggestions for implementing new features and information about the next update

In the next update:
- output of any texts to other LCS`s
- redesigned flying support system in gravity
- compatible with gravity engine with WASD control
- add option to turn the LCD blank when not in wasd mode
- improved subroutine startup

Already added:

v.1.3.0
1. all-show command that displays the parameters of all found blocks
The command works with the arguments: inv gas batt jump power grav mass

2. New arguments for show gr-show all-show
power - displays the power of energy sources
mass/cargo/$max_mass$ mass/total/$max_mass$ - displays the mass of the cargo or the total mass of the ship
grav/art grav/nat grav/total - displays artificial, natural or total gravity

3. The jump_dist gr-jump-dist commands now display the jump distance in kilometers

First off, awesome work! Digged into it a bit today and love it already!
I have a few ideas of things I'd like to see/be able to do, some more easy (or maybe even already in the script with be being too stupid to find them ;) )
1: Thrust Override control (increase/decrease)
2: Fire Weapon (Would do wonders for the control the Sub I am working on)
3: Change Light Color for group of lights

The more complex ones...

1: Arrayed display of multiple blocks with status and ability to assign an action on activation
Imagine an 5x5 Array of missile launchers and have that shown on the display. And the array would represent the loading status of the missile/weapon
- Weapon loaded and active: contstant color green
- Weapon fired: Blinking green for x seconds then switching to orange
- Reloading: Shortly after being launched the icon starts blinking in orange to show the reloading process. If it is not reloading or in any other way not responsive it switches to constant red.

2: Multiple displays/blocks in one line, i.e. the pressure of an hydrogen tank as well as the option to turn on/off some other blocks in one line

Can you add an option to bind to numpad arrow keys instead of WASD? That way autopilot isn't necessary on craft and can be done easier by looking at screen.

Actually, could pretty much control the whole thing directly from numpad.

@Gideonno, unfortunately this is technically impossible. Management wasd simply intercepts signals from the cockpit going to the gyroscopes and thrusters. Without using mods, there is no way to control it anymore

This is insane!!! I suggest to do the impossible and remove the necessity of being in a cockpit, i am talking direct control trough an lcd panel. Keep up the amazing work, this script is absolutely amazing!!!

Intergrid communication would be AMAZING addition to this script.
It would let us operate the whole fleet using single control panel. That would be a big deal

My bad if the script already supports this, but I'd love to see the ability to scale the text. While it works great, my lower resolution monitor (1440x900) makes it nearly impossible to read text in a cockpit on a small ship. Large displays are fine, of course, hence why it would be cool to have the option.:steamthumbsup:

DEeM0NX, Приветствую! Могли бы вы сделать для двигателей команду "шаг тяги", чтобы управлять тягой (мощностью тяги двигателей)? Очень не хватает!
Также не хватает радиуса для "Детектора руды". Для антенны он есть, но для детектора отсутствует.

I have noticed that with wide screens the display do not take the full width, normal ?
Is it possible to add a command to clear and load images on a text surface?

(to use in subprog: change image on de/pressurized for example;)

Another suggestion: have a look to Block.ApplyAction("OnOff_On");
Basically it allow to apply any action, defined by a string variable, to the specified block which is in his action list.

If we can set it in the custom data command... :) can do anything :steamhappy:
But idk how to manage the UI... may be why all is hardcoded... :\
