Mafe Patch and Rework for the Drowned Crew

*SPOILERS* How the fight works
The Captain has a permanent passive that he will carry on all the battle:

A) -25% DMG received every 30 Torchlight (Max -75%)
B) +1 Base DMG every 20 Missing Torchlight (Max 4)
C) +20% Move/Debuff chance every 30 Missing Torchlight (Max +60%)
D) After the Anchorman gets hit, the Captain will buff him

The Anchorman has a similar trait, and got enhaced by a lot by adding new mechanics
A) -10% DMG received every 30 Torchlight (Max -30%)
B) On Death: Debuff the Captain, +10% DMG taken (11 rounds)
C) Uses Riposte
D) No longer uses Capture or Immovilize (this part caused the crashes on the original one)
E) Has 2 new skills, and an unique behaviour after the Captain dies (He doesnt die when the Captain does)

Both Monsters reduce Torchlight with they attacks.

Most of the buffs of this fight are tied to Torchlight, so its up to you how you beat them: On High Torch, mobs will be a lot weaker, but also more resilent. On low Torch, they will loose this special resilence, but also they will be a lot more agressive. Be prepared to dance a lot in the fight.
