As I was going inside of a house, Serana was calling for her horse because I set it to all followers prefer to follow on horseback. Before she finished with her call, I went inside an inn and she continued to use the call again, spawning the horse in the inn, then she mounted the horse. as she was floating her body was spinning and doing all sorts of messed up things.

Normally, follower should not follow you indoors during mounting procedure. Zone checks are performed before mounting procedure starts. If some mod moves the follower to you while they are mounting this outcome is possible, but not under normal circumstances. That floaty thing is not related to CH at all and I saw that happen to people who don't even use CH. You can fix animation related problems by disabling then enabling follower via console (open console, select follower, type 'disable', type 'enable').

All I can say is that you should get Skyrim Unofficial patchs installed. If you don't have Nexus Mod Manager, see Gopher's video on Youtube on how to do that.

i also have a proplem....if they dont catch up they spwan next to me and call there horse
Also how do i get my folowers to coustomize there horse

I have a problem too... my saddlebags keep deleting my stuff. Does anyone know of a way to fix that/ has anyone else had that problem?

In the Magic section there is a Debug "Spell" to solve this problem. Try that?
